Ham Jubilee

Ingredients
  Ham slice 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Canned black cherries 20 Ounce, pitted (1 Pound 4 Ounce)
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Currant jelly 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1.
Arrange the ham in a shallow casserole a little larger than the ham.
2.
Combine the juice drained from the cherries with the spices, vinegar, jelly, and orange juice.
Bring to a boil in a saucepan.
3.
Pour the hot mixture over the ham and bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
4.
Add the cherries, mixed with the orange rind, to the casserole and bake another 1/2 hour.
