Ham And Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced cooked ham 1 Pound (2 Cups)
  Diced cooked potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs) (3 Medium Sized)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Shredded sharp process cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Cook onion and green pepper in 1 tablespoon hot fat till just tender.
Combine with next 5 ingredients.
Pour into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
In saucepan, combine cheese and milk; stir over low heat till cheese is melted.
Pour over ham-potato mixture.
Bake at 350° 30 to 35 minutes.
