Baked Ham with Celery and Carrots
|Fully cooked semi boneless ham||5 Pound (1/4 Piece)|
|Whole cloves||6 (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Carrots||12 Medium, sliced|
|Celery stalks||12 , sliced|
|Curried cream sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
About 2 1/2 hours before serving: Preheat oven to 325°F.
Remove any outer casing from ham.
Rub ham with curry; stud with cloves; insert meat thermometer in center and place in large, shallow roasting pan.
Roast 1 1/2 hours; arrange vegetables around sides and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Continue roasting 1 hour longer or until thermometer reaches 130°F., turning vegetables once during cooking.
Serve ham on warm platter, with vegetables arranged around it.
Pass Curried Cream Sauce.
