Classic Ham Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground cooked ham 1 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound (Fresh)
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix ground ham and pork thoroughly with crumbs, water, onion, and pepper.
Mold into flat loaf in 9-in pie plate.
Insert temperature probe so tip is in center of food.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap, arranging loosely around probe to vent.
Attach cable end at receptacle.
Microwave at Medium.
Set Temp, Set 170°.
When oven signals, remove loaf from oven, spoon on glaze, and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
