Ham With Vegetable Garland
|Boneless fully cooked ham||7 Pound|
|Cauliflower head||1 Small, broken into flowerettes making about 4 cup|
|Carrots||6 , peeled and bias sliced|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen italian green beans||18 Ounce (2 Packages, 9 Ounce Each)|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place ham, fat side up, on rack in electric skillet with a high dome cover.
Score top of ham.
Insert meat thermometer.
Cover; bake at 350° till thermometer registers 130°, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Place cauliflower and carrots around ham.
Combine 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon salt, the dillweed, and pepper; pour over vegetables.
Dot with butter.
Cover and cook till vegetables are tender, about 35 minutes.
Add beans; brush ham with marmalade.
Cook 10 minutes more.
