|Ham||6 Pound (Bone In, Rind On)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mustard powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||3 Tablespoon (Frozen Condensed Orange Juice)|
|Pineapple chunks||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), halved|
With sharp knife, score rind in triangle pattern about 1/4 inch (1 cm) deep.
Place ham in roaster.
Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 2 hours.
Remove from oven and cut rind off ham.
Increase oven heat to 450°F(230°C).
Push a whole clove into each triangle.
Secure pineapple and cherry halves with toothpicks.
Place here and there over ham.
Mix sugar and mustard powder together.
Add concentrated orange juice and mix to a paste.
Brush over surface of ham.
Bake uncovered about 15 minutes to glaze.
In about half time, spoon drippings over surface again.
