|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
1. Soak ham in cold water for 12 hours.
2. Wipe well and trim.
3. Coat with a flour and water paste crust which must be sufficiently thick to keep the juices in.
4. Place the ham in an oven 205° C (400° F) or Gas 6 for 15 minutes.
5. Reduce heat to 155° C (310° F) or Gas 2 and cook till done (30 minutes per 450 gm. and 30 minutes over).
6. Remove from oven and serve hot.
