Scalloped Ham and Potatoes
|Thinly sliced peeled potatoes||3 1⁄3 Cup (53.33 tbs)|
|Cooked ham strips||2 Cup (32 tbs) (About 1 1/2 Inch By 1/2 Inch)|
|Thinly sliced onions||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Thin white sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Arrange the potatoes, ham, and onions in alternate layers in a 1 1/2 qt greased or oiled covered casserole.
Pour the white sauce over all; cover and bake in a moderately hot oven of 375°F for 45 min.
Remove the cover and bake about 30 min longer, or until the potatoes are tender.
