Ham Patties With Sour Cream
|Ground cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Slightly beaten egg||1|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine ham with remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Shape mixture in 6 small or 4 large patties.
Brown slowly on both sides in a small amount of hot fat.
Heat sour cream just until hot; serve with patties.
Trim with chopped green onion tops or chives.
