Scalloped Potatoes And Ham
|Whole wheat flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Potatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced (4 Medium Sized)|
|Ham||3⁄4 Pound, sliced into bite sized pieces|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt margarine in a small, heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Stir in flour and cook for a few minutes until golden.
Add milk and stir with wire whisk until sauce is thickened.
Remove from heat.
Pour a small amount of the sauce into the bottom of a greased, 2-quart casserole.
Layer potatoes, ham, and white sauce into casserole, finishing with white sauce.
Cover and bake for about 1 1/4 hours.
Remove cover and bake 15 more minutes or until potatoes are tender.
