Fruited Ham Slice
|Fully cooked ham slice||1 1⁄2 Pound (3/4 Inch Thick)|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, cut into thin strips|
|Apricot halves||8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||8 Ounce, drained, reserve 1/4 cup juice (1 Can)|
|Sweet and sour sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Dash|
Place ham slice in 10-inch square baking dish.
Arrange green pepper, apricots and pineapple chunks on ham.
In small bowl, combine reserved pineapple juice, sweet and sour sauce, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour over ham.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 14 to 17 minutes, or until ham is heated through and green pepper is tender-crisp, rotating dish once.
