Pineapple Ham Steak
|Unsweetened juice packed pineapple rings||16 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 1/4 Ounce Each)|
|Dried mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Cooked ham steak||1 1⁄2 Pound|
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice.
Combine reserved juice, mustard, brown sugar, cloves and pepper in 1-Quart Batter Bowl.
Place ham steak in 12-inch Generation II Family Skillet and brush top with half of the glaze.
Cook over medium-high heat until lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
Turn ham steak over and brush with remaining glaze.
Top with pineapple rings.
Cover and cook until ham and pineapple rings are heated through, 4 to 7 more minutes.
