Pineapple Glazed Ham And Sweets

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple slices in juice 8 Ounce (Undrained, 1 Can)
  Frozen candied sweet potatoes 12 Ounce (1 Package, Mrs, Paul'S)
  Dijon-style mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked ham 3⁄4 Pound, cut into 3 slices
Directions

1. Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice. To prepare sauce, in small bowl, stir together reserved pineapple juice, contents of sauce packet from sweet potatoes and mustard.
2. Arrange ham slices in center of 10-inch microwave-safe pie plate. Cut pineapple slices in half; arrange pineapple and sweet potatoes around edge of dish. Spoon sauce over.
3. Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on high 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, rotating dish once during cooking. Spoon sauce over ham and sweet potatoes before serving.
