Potato Scallop And Ham

Ingredients
  Fully cooked ham slice 1 Pound, cut 1/2 inch thick
  Thinly sliced pared potatoes 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut ham in serving or bite-size pieces.
Place half the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover with ham pieces.
Place remaining potatoes atop.
Combine soup, milk, onion, green pepper, and pepper; pour over potatoes.
Dot with butter.
Cover and bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour.
Remove cover; bake 45 minutes longer or till potatoes are done.
Trim with snipped parsley.
