Ham And Spiced Fruit
|Canned ham||3 Pound (1 Can)|
|Canned sweet potatoes||46 Ounce, drained (2 Cans, 23 Ounce Each)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned peach halves||16 Ounce, drained and juice reserved (1 Can)|
|Canned pear halves||16 Ounce, drained and juice reserved (1 Can)|
|White seedless grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pumpkin pie spice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Place ham in a 12- x 8-inch baking dish.
Arrange sweet potatoes around ham.
Combine brown sugar, mustard, and 1/2 cup of the reserved fruit juices.
Pour over ham and sweet potatoes.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave at MEDIUM 5 minutes.
While ham is cooking, combine the drained peach and pear halves, grapes, and pumpkin pie spice.
Arrange the fruits over the ham and sweet potatoes.
Microwave at HIGH 4 to 6 minutes or until fruits are heated.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
