Boneless Baked Ham

|Brown sugar||1 Pound|
Heat hams in preheated slow oven (300 F.) for 2 1/4 hours.
Remove hams; glaze with brown sugar, mixed with a little pear juice if desired, and stud with cloves.
Increase heat to hot (400Â°F.) and return hams to oven about 15 minutes to brown.
Plan to take hams from oven at least 20 minutes before serving, to allow time for slicing.
Lower heat to 300Â°F to keep slices warm.
Cover slices if they must be kept for more than a few minutes.
