Mustard Ham Cubes

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 envelope)
  Water 4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Worcestershire 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in 1/2 inch slices, then in 1 inch cubes
  Minced parsley/Crumbled parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water then dissolve over hot water on low heat.
Mix mustard with 1 tablespoon water until smooth.
Add to gelatin with mayonnaise and seasonings.
Beat until well blended and smooth.
Spread evenly in oiled 8-inch square baking pan and chill until firm.
Cut in 1-inch cubes and arrange on top of ham cubes.
Sprinkle with parsley and insert toothpick in each.
