Mustard Ham Cubes
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 envelope)|
|Water||4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Dry mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in 1/2 inch slices, then in 1 inch cubes|
|Minced parsley/Crumbled parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water then dissolve over hot water on low heat.
Mix mustard with 1 tablespoon water until smooth.
Add to gelatin with mayonnaise and seasonings.
Beat until well blended and smooth.
Spread evenly in oiled 8-inch square baking pan and chill until firm.
Cut in 1-inch cubes and arrange on top of ham cubes.
Sprinkle with parsley and insert toothpick in each.
