Glazed Ham

  Fresh ham 6 Pound (1 piece)
  Whole cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Canned sliced pineapple in juice 16 Ounce, unsweetened (1 can)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Roasted sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground black pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash (adjust quantity as per taste)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oranges 2 , sliced to about same thickness as pineapple, rind on

1. Score the top of the ham, making 1/4-inch slices, and stud with whole cloves.
2. Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice.
3. Mix together in a bowl the reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, and Dijon mustard. Brush half of the mixture over the ham. Cover the exposed surface of the ham with alternating slices of pineapple and orange, secured with toothpicks.
4. Bake in 325° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours (depending on the size of the ham), until internal temperature reaches 140°. Brush remaining glaze on ham and finish baking, another 15 to 20 minutes.
