Ham And Corn Luncheon Casserole
|Chopped cooked ham||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Mexican style corn kernels||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Small onion||1 , chopped|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Buttered crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Spread ham in a greased casserole.
Cover with corn and juice, sprinkle with chopped onion.
Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour, salt and pepper; add milk, stir constantly until sauce is smooth and thick.
Pour over ingredients in casserole.
Sprinkle with crumbs and grated cheese.
Bake in 350F oven for 30 minutes.
