Deviled Ham & Cheese
|Grated cheddar cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cup)|
|Can deviled ham spread||4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dijon style mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Teaspoon|
|Pumpernickel bread/Rye bread||1 , thinly sliced|
In a medium bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, ham spread, mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish.
Spoon into a small crock or mound on a saucer.
Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours and serve cold as a spread with pumpernickel or rye bread.
To serve hot, preheat broiler if necessary.
Spread mixture on bread slices and broil 5 to 8 inches from heating element until bubbly; serve hot.
