Ham Grab Bags
|Canned sweet potatoes||16 Ounce (1 can)|
|Ham steaks||16 Ounce (1 package)|
|Canned italian green beans||16 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Canned pie sliced apples||20 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Canned whole cranberry sauce||8 Ounce (1 can)|
|Dijon style mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (optional)|
Preheat oven to 400°.
Drain sweet potatoes, reserving 1 tablespoon syrup; slice sweet potatoes.
On four sheets of heavy foil, layer the ham slices, sweet potatoes, beans, and apples.
Combine cranberry sauce, reserved sweet potato syrup, and mustard.
Spoon cranberry mixture over ham and vegetables.
If desired, sprinkle apple slices and sweet potatoes with brown sugar.
Wrap up foil pouches loosely.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 400° till heated through, about 20 minutes.
Transfer to serving plates, pouring juices over all.
