Ham Grab Bags

  Canned sweet potatoes 16 Ounce (1 can)
  Ham steaks 16 Ounce (1 package)
  Canned italian green beans 16 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Canned pie sliced apples 20 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Canned whole cranberry sauce 8 Ounce (1 can)
  Dijon style mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°.
Drain sweet potatoes, reserving 1 tablespoon syrup; slice sweet potatoes.
On four sheets of heavy foil, layer the ham slices, sweet potatoes, beans, and apples.
Combine cranberry sauce, reserved sweet potato syrup, and mustard.
Spoon cranberry mixture over ham and vegetables.
If desired, sprinkle apple slices and sweet potatoes with brown sugar.
Wrap up foil pouches loosely.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 400° till heated through, about 20 minutes.
Transfer to serving plates, pouring juices over all.
