Sunday Brunch Special

  Cooked ham 3 Cup (48 tbs), cubed
  Trimmed cubed french bread 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 3 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tabasco 2 Dash
  Garlic salt 1 Dash

Toss ham, bread cubes, and cheddar cheese together. Put 1/3 of the mixture in the bottom of a buttered 13" X 9" X 2" casserole.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Repeat these steps until you have 3 layers.
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, Tabasco, and garlic salt. Whisk until thoroughly blended. Pour over casserole. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour or until set and slightly brown on top.
