Parmesan Crisp With Romaine Salad, Melon And Parma Ham

Ingredients
  Parmesan cheese 200 Gram, powdered
  Shaved parmesan cheese 20 Gram (Curls / Thin Slices)
  Parma ham slices 4
  Melon 200 Gram
  Romaine lettuce 100 Gram
  Cherry tomatoes 5
  Herbs 1 Tablespoon (Chervil, Basil, Parsley)
Directions

Melt the Parmesan powder in a non-stick pan.
Pour the melted cheese over a large upside down cup to give it the shape of a basket with a handle.
Leave to cool and crisp.
Toss the lettuce with the dressing and put it into the Parmesan crisp.
Slice the melon and cut the cherry tomatoes into half
