Sweet And Sour Ham

  Cooked ham 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed
  Canned pineapple tidbits 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Sliced water chestnuts 4 Ounce (1/2 Of 8 Ounce Can)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 Dash

Cut ham into bite-size strips.
In a 1 1/2-quart casserole stir together ham, pineapple tidbits and mandarin orange sections, and water chestnuts.
Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (HIGH) for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or till heated through, stirring once.
Let stand, covered, while preparing sauce.
For sauce, in a 2-cup measure stir together the brown sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in the water, vinegar, soy sauce, and ground ginger.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (HIGH) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or till the sauce is thickened and bubbly, stirring every minute.
Toss together the sauce and the ham mixture.
