|Instant coffee||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ham steak||8 Ounce, cut 1/2 inch thick|
|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Over moderate heat, melt butter in a 7-inch skillet; add instant coffee and stir until combined.
Add ham steak and saute until lightly browned.
Remove ham steak to a warm plate.
Add onions to skillet and saute until lightly browned.
Stir in sour cream; heat through and pour over ham steak.
