Sherried Ham Dijon

Ingredients
  Fully cooked smoked ham 1 Pound (1 Slice, About 1 Inch Thick)
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Sherry/Dry white wine / apple juice 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Mustard seed 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Slash outer edge of fat on ham slice diagonally at 1-inch intervals to prevent curling.
Place ham in rectangular microwavable dish, 11 x 7 X 1 1/2 inches.
Mix mustard and sherry; brush over ham.
Sprinkle with pepper and mustard seed.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes, until ham is hot.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Let stand covered about 3 minutes.
