|Ham||300 Gram, sliced into 6, braised|
|For au gratin|
|Light bechamel/Light demi glace||400 Milliliter (4 Deciliter)|
|Grated emmental cheese||100 Gram|
Split the endives in half.
Remove the inside stalk and blanch for 2 minutes.
