Skewered Ham And Fruit

Ingredients
  Spiced crab apples 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Boneless fully cooked ham 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Pineapple slices 1 Dozen, quartered
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Extra Hot)
  Orange marmalade 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Thread apples, ham, and pineapple alternately on skewers.
For sauce, combine remaining ingredients.
Broil ham and fruit over low coals, 12 to 15 minutes, brushing often with sauce.
Use a rotating skewer, or turn skewers frequently during broiling.
