Skewered Ham And Fruit
|Spiced crab apples||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Boneless fully cooked ham||2 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes|
|Pineapple slices||1 Dozen, quartered|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Extra Hot)|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Thread apples, ham, and pineapple alternately on skewers.
For sauce, combine remaining ingredients.
Broil ham and fruit over low coals, 12 to 15 minutes, brushing often with sauce.
Use a rotating skewer, or turn skewers frequently during broiling.
