Olive Ham Turnovers

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic mayonnaise 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Serrano ham/Other smoked ham 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped ripe olives 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/For making turnover filling 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oven to 425°F.
Sift flour with salt.
Add mayonnaise, cayenne, and water; mix.
Turn onto lightly floured board; roll thin.
Cut into 2 1/2-inch squares.
Mix together filling ingredients.
Put generous 1/2 teaspoon filling on each pastry square.
Moisten edges with water; fold over into triangles; pinch edges to seal.
Bake 15 minutes or until pastry browns.
