Ham With Apricots

  Lean center cut ham slice 3 1⁄4 Pound (2 Inches Thick)
  Canned apricots 16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon

Score edges of ham slice; place in 2-quart (12 x 7-inch) glass baking dish.
Combine apricot juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and nutmeg in small glass mixing bowl, pour over ham.
Top with apricots and dot with butter.
Microwave on medium for 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered, or until ham is hot and sauce thickened.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
