Skewered Ham And Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple slices 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Extra hot catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange marmalade 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked boneless ham 2 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes
  Oranges 2 , cut in wedges
  Spiced crab apples 16 Ounce (1 Jar)
Directions

Drain pineapple slices, reserving 1/3 cup syrup.
Quarter each pineapple slice and set aside.
In saucepan stir together the pineapple syrup, catsup, orange marmalade, onion, oil, and dry mustard.
Simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
On six skewers thread ham cubes and orange wedges.
Grill over medium coals about 15 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with sauce.
Thread crab apples and pineapple pieces on ends of skewers.
Grill till meat and fruits are hot, 5 to 10 minutes longer, turning the kabobs often and brushing with the sauce.
