Scalloped Potatoes And Ham
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Ham||2 Cup (32 tbs), baked|
|Potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs), sliced|
|Onions||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped|
Put milk in a 2-cup measure.
Microwave, covered with waxed paper or plastic wrap, for 2 to 3 minutes on high, or just long enough to warm milk.
Put a layer of ham on bottom of a 2- or 3-quart glass casserole.
Add a layer of potatoes and onion.
Sprinkle with flour, salt, and pepper.
Dot with butter.
Add another layer of ham, potatoes, and onion.
Pour hot milk over layers.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Microwave, covered, on high for 12 to 14 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Uncover and cook again for 4 to 6 minutes on high.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let stand 2 minutes before serving.
