Bone In Pineapple Glaze Ham
|Ready to eat bone in ham shank||8 Pound|
|Canned crushed pineapple||15 1⁄4 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Place ham, cut side down on microwave roasting rack, in 3-quart (13 x 9) glass baking dish.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 20 minutes. Turn ham on one side and continue cooking on ROAST for 20 minutes. Turn ham to other side. Mix crushed pineapple and brown sugar. Pour sauce over ham and continue cooking on ROAST for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Let stand, covered with foil, about 10 minutes before serving.
