Potato Apple And Ham Skillet

  Loosely packed frozen diced hash brown potatoes with onion and peppers 3 Cup (48 tbs), thawed
  Red apple 1 Large, cored and chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Dried sage 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Diced cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fat free milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Refrigerated egg product/4 eggs 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed (Or Frozen)
  Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Press thawed potatoes between paper towels to remove moisture; set aside.
In a 10-inch -ovenproof skillet combine apple, onion, water, and sage.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat to medium.
Cook, uncovered, until onion is tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in potatoes and ham.
In a medium bowl combine milk, egg product, cheese, and salt.
Pour into skillet 'over potato mixture.
Do not stir.
Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or just until center appears set.
