Fruit Glazed Ham
|Apricot glaze/Grape glaze||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fully cooked center cut ham slice||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut 1 inch thick|
Prepare one of the fruit glazes.
Slash fat edge of ham slice to prevent curling.
Place ham slice in shallow dish; pour glaze mixture over ham.
Cover; refrigerate overnight or let stand at room temperature for 2 hours, spooning glaze over ham several times.
Remove ham, reserving glaze.
Grill ham slice over medium coals for 10 to 15 minutes, brushing with glaze occasionally.
Turn ham and grill till done, 10 to 15 minutes more, brushing with glaze.
Heat the remaining glaze in small saucepan on edge of grill.
