Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 Small
  Salad oil 5 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Ham slices 12
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash cauliflower.
Microwave 5 minutes, 30 seconds on high in covered casserole.
Blend salad oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a cup to make French dressing.
Separate cauliflower into small branches.
Toss with French dressing.
Arrange ham on a serving plate (not cooking dish).
Pour white wine over it.
Microwave 1 minute on high, uncovered Arrange cauliflower on the plate.
