Ham And Apple On Skewers

Ingredients
  Ham slice 2 (3/4 Inch/2 Centimeters Thick And In 3/4 Inch/2 Centimeters Cubes)
  Apples 3 , cut in wedges with skin
  Maple syrup 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Sauce 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoons)
  Catsup 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Apple juice 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Cinnamon 1 Pinch
  Ground cloves 1 Pinch
Directions

Place all ingredients in bowl, mix and marinate 15 minutes.
Drain and reserve marinade.
Alternate ham and apples on skewers; place on ovenproof platter.
Broil 8 to 10 minutes 6 in (15 cm) from top element.
Turn skewers over once and baste with marinade.
These kebabs are very tasty for brunch.
