Pickled Ham

Ingredients
  Cubed fully cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, cut in rings
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mixed pickling spice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Whole black peppercorns 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In bowl, combine ham and onion.
In 4-cup glass measure, combine water, vinegar, pickling spice, sugar, and peppercorns.
Cook at HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes or till simmering.
Pour over ham mixture.
Cover and chill at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
