Ham Steaks With Sauteed Cabbage

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Green cabbage 1 Small, sliced
  Apple jelly/Orange marmalade 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Canned sliced peaches 8 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

1. In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in 1 teaspoon hot butter or margarine, cook ham steaks until browned on both sides. Remove steaks to plate as they brown.
2. In same skillet over medium heat, in 2 tablespoons hot butter or margarine (1/4 stick), cook cabbage with apple jelly and prepared mustard 15 minutes, stirring often, until cabbage is tender.
3. Return ham steaks to skillet; add peaches and heat through.
