Ham & Cheese Horns

Ingredients
  Frozen puff pastry 489 Gram, thawed (3/4Th Of A (17-1/4-Ozl., 489-G) Package)
  Finely diced gouda cheese 75 Gram (3/4 Cup)
  Ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley diced
  Egg yolk 1
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Dried oregano 1 Pinch
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

On a floured surface, roll out pastry dough to a 23x10-inch (58x25-cm) rectangle.
Cut!into about 15 triangles, each with 2 very long sides.
To make filling, combine cheese, ham, egg yolk, parsley, onion, pepper and oregano in a medium bowl.
Place about 2 teaspoons of filling towards bottom of each triangle.
Make a small cut in short side of triangle, and roll into horn shapes; they should be loosely wrapped.
Sprinkle baking sheets with cold water; place horns on dampened baking sheets.
Brush with beaten egg.
Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
