Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced peeled potatoes 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Raw Potatoes)
  Cooked ham slice 6 , cubed (Fully Cooked)
  Canned chopped green chilies 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded colby cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Salsa 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a 10-in.cast-iron skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Fry potatoes until lightly browned and tender.
Add ham and cook until heated through.
Sprinkle with chilies and cheese.
Remove from the heat and cover until the cheese is melted.
