Ham Spinach Ring
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped spinach||20 Ounce, thawed and squeezed dry (Two 10 Ounce Packages)|
|Diced cooked ham||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Cheese sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 5 1/2-cup ring mold. In 3-quart saucepan over low heat, melt butter or margarine; stir in flour until blended; cook 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and is smooth. Stir in spinach, salt, eggs, and 1 1/2 cups diced ham. Spoon mixture into ring mold.
2. Set ring mold in 13" by 9" baking pan; place pan on oven rack. Pour hot water into pan to come halfway up side of mold. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center of mixture comes out clean. Meanwhile, prepare Cheese Sauce.
