Country Ham Omelets
|Ham slice||3 , chopped (Hillshire Farm)|
|Chopped potatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||12 Small, beaten|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat; saute Ham, potato, pepper and onion 3 to 4 minutes.
Add mushrooms; stir and heat through.
Prepare four 2 or 3 egg omelets.
Fill each with 2 tablespoons cheese and 1/4 cup ham mixture.
Use remaining ham mixture as omelet topping.
