Fruit And Ham Dinner
|Orange marmalade||12 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned ham||1 Pound|
|Canned sweet potatoes||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned cling peach halves||17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned pear halves||17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
1. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, heat marmalade and mustard until marmalade melts.
2. Cut ham into 1/4 inch-thick slices; arrange slices, overlapping slightly, in center of skillet. Arrange potatoes and fruit in skillet with ham. Over medium-high heat, heat through, basting with marmalade mixture.
