|Green bell pepper||To Taste, sliced into rounds|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Reserve half the bell pepper for decoration.
In a skillet, melt margarine.
Saute onion and remaining peppers.
Fold in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Grease a square 8 inch (20.5 cm) baking dish.
Pour ham mixture into dish.
Bake in oven 1 hour or so.
Remove from oven.
Garnish with bell pepper rounds.
