Pineapple Glazed Ham And Sweets
|Canned pineapple slices in their own juice||8 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Frozen candied sweet potatoes||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked ham||3⁄4 Pound, cut into 3 slices|
To make sauce: Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice; set pineapple aside.
To prepare sauce, in small bowl, stir together reserved pineapple juice, contents of sauce packet from sweet potatoes and mustard.
Arrange ham slices in center of 10-inch microwave-safe pie plate.
Cut pineapple slices in half; arrange pineapple and sweet potatoes around edge of dish.
Spoon sauce over.
Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on HIGH 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, rotating dish once during cooking.
Spoon sauce over ham and sweet potatoes before serving.
