Pineapple Glazed Ham And Sweets

Pineapple glazed ham and sweets is a microwaved ham and sweet potatoes recipe. Made with candied sweet potatoes, the pineapple glazed ham and sweets is spiced with a hint of dijon mustard and can be served as an appetizing and savory side.
  Canned pineapple slices in their own juice 8 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Frozen candied sweet potatoes 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked ham 3⁄4 Pound, cut into 3 slices

To make sauce: Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice; set pineapple aside.
To prepare sauce, in small bowl, stir together reserved pineapple juice, contents of sauce packet from sweet potatoes and mustard.
Arrange ham slices in center of 10-inch microwave-safe pie plate.
Cut pineapple slices in half; arrange pineapple and sweet potatoes around edge of dish.
Spoon sauce over.
Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on HIGH 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender, rotating dish once during cooking.
Spoon sauce over ham and sweet potatoes before serving.
