Ham Steak With Parsley Sauce

  Parsley 2 Bunch (200 gm), washed and stems removed
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Smoked ham steak 1 (3/4 Inch Thick)
  Mock hollandaise sauce 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground white pepper To Taste

1. Line bottom of a shallow baking dish with half the parsley; drizzle with half the wine. Lay ham steak on parsley. Cover ham with remaining parsley; drizzle with remaining wine. Lightly cover baking dish.
2. Bake at 325°F about 30 minutes, or until ham is thoroughly heated.
3. Make Mock Hollandaise Sauce while ham is baking; keep warm.
4. Place ham on platter; cover lightly with aluminum foil. Puree cooked parsley in a blender or food processor; stir mixture into Mock Hollandaise Sauce. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Heat sauce thoroughly; serve with ham.
