Ham And Pineapple Mould
|Canned pineapple tidbits||13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Finely shredded cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon flavored gelatin||6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Chopped cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Add enough water to syrup to make 1 cup; stir into gelatin mixture.
Add salad oil.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in pineapple tidbits and remaining ingredients.
Pour into 7 1/2 cup mold; chill till firm.
