Ham And Pineapple Mould

Ham and pineapple mold is a fruity jellied meat mold made with lemon gelatin. Prepared with added cabbage the pineapple ham mold is chilled to set and has a hint of green pepper to give it a peppy edge!
Ingredients
  Canned pineapple tidbits 13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Finely shredded cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon flavored gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
  Chopped cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Add enough water to syrup to make 1 cup; stir into gelatin mixture.
Add salad oil.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in pineapple tidbits and remaining ingredients.
Pour into 7 1/2 cup mold; chill till firm.
