Ham And Cheese Kabobs

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple chunks 20 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cooked ham 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Orange marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Swiss cheese 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried mustard 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.
Combine reserved juice, marmalade, mustard, and cloves; set mixture aside.
Thread ham, cheese, ham, then pineapple on 12 inch skewers.
Repeat procedure until all ingredients are used.
Place kabobs 4 to 5 inches from hot coals.
Brush with sauce.
Grill 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is partially melted and ham is heated, brushing frequently with sauce.
