Croutons With Mushrooms And Ham

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 250 Gram
  Raw ham/Salami 60 Gram
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Parsley sprigs 2
  Italian bread slice 6
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 20 Gram
  Extra virgin olive oil 4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Chop the garlic and parsely finely.
Heat oil and butter in a pan and saute the garlic and the parsley in it.
Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Mix in the flour 5 minutes before the cooking ends.
Toast the slices of bread and arrange them on a serving dish.
Arrange the mushrooms on them when they are still hot.
